After a nice relaxing week in Kalbarri we headed off to Denham.  Another lovely seaside town.  We went to Monkey Mia and saw the dolphins, visited the National Park and just relaxed and enjoyed the scenery.

We then spent some time in Carnarvon, which is a very interesting place.  The Space Museum was very interesting and we got to try out a rocket launch in a simulator that ran the actual footage of real take offs.  Amazing to learn all about Australia's part in space missions.

After Carnarvon we spent Easter at Warroona Station.  Parked right beside the sea, lovely quiet spot to wait out the school holidays.  We then went to Exmouth and stayed at another station, Yardie.

Water is pretty hard to come by around here, but we are managing to make do.  The distance between, well, anything really, is pretty long at the moment, and not much to see in between.  We did find some really nice free camps on the North West Coastal Highway from Exmouth heading to Karratha.  The councils seem to have spent a bit of money setting up these spots and they are great for breaking up the long driving days.

We are heading off to Karratha and Port Headland next.
