We went from Robert's to Warwick, Old Benalbo, Lismore Show Grounds, then on to MacLean.  The stop at Old Benalbo was a random park on the side of the road between Warwick and Lismore.  Beautiful spot, and as we were sitting having our morning cuppa we heard splashing in the near by creek.  Upon investigation, we found about 20 head of cattle splashing about in the creek having a grand old time.  They stayed there nearly all day (don't blame them as it was HOT).  We then went on to Lismore and can recommend the show grounds, power and water and beautiful scenery.

We went on a day trip to Nimbin - it was a short trip as nothing was open.  Not much happens in Nimbin before about 3pm......  We went for a drive through the national park, had a look at the nearby dam and Minyon Falls.  Beautiful country side.

Then we headed off to MacLean - what a gorgeous town!!!!  Short trips to Brooms Head, Lake Arragan and then to Yamba for fish and chips for lunch.  We then caught the ferry across the Clarence River to a little town called Lawrence.  They had a pub there - and that's about it!!!!.

The Clarence River is beautiful.  We camped at the MacLean showgrounds, right on the edge of the river.  Lovely restful spot.

We are now off to Grafton and then, well, not thinking that far ahead.......................

Oh - I nearly forgot!!!!!!  -  We have had the virgin run in the boat - Lake Mooggerah - all went very well, not sinking, no rowing needed.  We managed very well getting it off and on the car.
